At B.E.A.R. Children’s Academy, we thoughtfully support homeschooling families by providing meaningful engagement, gentle structure, and high-quality academic guidance that respects each family’s educational values. Unlike traditional learning centers, we offer a contemporary, multi-sensory learning model rooted in strong academics, personalized learning, and small-group instruction. Our Programs

TK - 6

ELA

Rooted in research, our English Language Arts program honors each child's individuality by offering a personalized approach to learning that supports their unique needs and progress. Through small group, multi-sensory instruction, students deepen their literacy learning while developing confidence, independence, and a meaningful relationship with language.

Mathematics

Our Mathematics curriculum is based on Singapore Math approach and offers enriched challenges for advanced learners. We are committed to supporting every child in excelling in mathematics while fostering confidence, problem-solving skills, and genuine enthusiasm, for the subject.

Science

Our Science program is rooted outdoor exploration and hands-on discovery. Students learn through direct interaction with nature - observing, investigating, and experimenting in real-world environments - fostering curiosity, critical thinking, and a meaningful connection to the natural world.

Social Studies

Our Social Studies program weaves together history, geography, and cultural studies to help students understand the world and their place within it. Through stories, maps, discussions, and hands-on projects, students explore past and present societies, environments, and traditions, building awareness, perspective, and meaningful connections to people and places acrros tine and around the worlds.

Life Skills LAB
Financial Literacy Entrepreneurship (K-6)

Our Financial Literacy and Entrepreneurship program nurtures a healthy relationship with money, work, and values. Through real-life experience, hands-on projects, and games, students explore earning and saving, planning and thoughtful decision-making while developing confidence, responsibility, creativity, good manners, and respect for others - learning how their choices, actions, and ideas connect to the world around them.
